THE WOMEN BEHIND WORTH AND RECLAIM
Two Women.
Two Different Stories.
One Truth.

We spent years becoming the women we thought we needed to be. W.O.R.T.H. and R.E.C.L.A.I.M. were born from what happened when we finally started asking who we actually were.
Meet Your Hosts
Lisa Tosatto Filter & Inza Duchi
We weren't trying to lose ourselves.
We were trying to be loved, safe, accepted, successful, needed and enough.
The roles we learned were not meaningless. They helped us achieve, care for people we loved, survive hard seasons, and build successful lives. Until the roles that once served us began making decisions for us.

We don’t believe you need to hate the woman you became. We believe you can understand her, honor what she helped you build, and decide what still belongs.

What lisa knows now
Responsibility is not the same as blame.
You can take responsibility for your life without accepting blame for everything that happened in it. You can disapoint someone and still be making the right choice. And success is allowed to be defined on your terms.
You are allowed to ask what you want now.

"If I do everything the right way, maybe I'll be enough."
Lisa learned very young that there was a right way to be. Follow the rules. Toe the line. Make good choices. Be someone other people could be proud of.
She was told she could be anything, but over time she learned that "anything" still had invisible boundaries. Certain choices earned approval. Others brought disappointment or distance. So she became responsible, educated, careful and capable.
I knew how to succeed inside expectations. I didn't always know how to trust myself outside of them.
Then the life she had worked so hard to protect was thrown into chaos. Business, home, money and the future she thought she understood changed. That season forced her to learn one of the hardest truths of her life.

What INZA knows now
I spent years striving. I am learning to step.
Achievement can prove capability. It cannot decide your value. Being needed is not the same as being known. And you don't have to keep performing a version of yourself just because she once helped you survive.
Inza Duchi
"If I became everything everyone needs, maybe they'll stay."
Inza learned early that love was something you earned. She was a people pleaser before she had a word for it, watching, helping, anticipating and carrying so everyone around her would be ok.
So she became the Builder. She created the systems, trained the teams, carried what other people couldn't and eventually built a a million-dollar business while leading thousands of people. From the outside it looked like confidence. Underneath some fo it was evidence gathering.
If the results were undeniable, maybe no one could question whether I belonged.
When the business, alignment and identity built around performance began to crack, she walked away. Then she lost her dad, one person whose love she had never needed to earn. That hollow season changed the foundation of her life and her faith.
To stay inside the lines.
Lisa Learned
What would I choose if approval were no longer the deciding factor?
To become indispensable.
INZA Learned
Who am I when I'm no longer proving my worth through what I produce or carry?
Different roles. Same invitation.
What happens when a woman begins including herself in the life she worked so hard to build?
We Didn't Build Another Program to Give Women More Work.
why this exists
The story. The belief. The role. The truth you may finally be ready to admit.
W.O.R.T.H. offers clarity.
R.E.C.L.A.I.M. helps you live differently
Because noticing a pattern in a quiet moment is different from choosing differently when real life gets loud.
Our Faith Is Part of Our Story.
It Doesn't Have to Be Yours.
Our Christian faith has deeply shaped both of our lives, and you will hear us speak honestly about it. W.O.R.T.H. and R.E.C.L.A.I.M. welcome women of any faith or no faith. They are not Bible studies, there is no Scripture curriculum, and you will never be required to share.
We will bring our whole selves. You get to bring yours.

We're Not Standing at the Finish Line Calling You Forward
We still have old patterns. We still have days when fear gets louder than truth. We are not offering perfection. We are offering experience, structure, questions worth asking, practices that work in real life, and two women who will never shame you for needing to return again.
Because we do too.
We're women who learned how to keep returning too.
Your Story Doesn't Have to Look Like Ours for the Pattern to Feel Familiar.
Have you become so good at being who everyone needed that you stopped knowing what you needed?
Have you built a good life and wondered why you felt absent from parts of it?
Have you confused being needed with being valued, being approved of with being safe, or being successful with being enough?
If something in you recognizes that, R.E.C.L.A.I.M. may be the next step.
